Hey,

People always ask me if homes sell during the winter months.  

Well, yes, but the answer is undoubtedly: fewer homes

But before you write the winter season off, I want you to know why that is and who can even take

advantage

of this downturn.

Why did I say take advantage? Well, I learned from a mentor of mine: when markets go down, you become a buyer.

winter like a werewolf on a full moon.

Agents stop working.  When agents slow down, the market slows down. There are fewer showings and fewer buyers, and what that ultimately means is

less competition.  

As a buyer, you gain tens of thousands of dollars in negotiation power during the winter.

As far as sellers are concerned, our team can grab top dollar because we target

buyers. 

Because there are fewer buyers, the buyers that are looking are

.  We also sign shorter listing periods to avoid the holidays.
