All treats no tricks. Come and enjoy an afternoon tea designed to celebrate the harvest season. Wear a costume for Halloween if you’d like and enjoy fall flavors and a look at the history of All-Hallows Eve.  We won’t overdo the pumpkin spice and we would never invite ghosts or goblins!

Join the City of West Sacramento Parks & Recreation Department and the River City High School to celebrate the spookiest season of all! Community partners will be onsite providing treats, games, and fun to the youth of West Sacramento!
