What's the Forecast for the Sacramento Real Estate Market for into March 2024

Sacramento Real Estate Market Forecast March 2024: Insights & Opportunities
  • The average sold price is trending up...it was 594,000 in February up 3.8% from 574,000 the previous month and up 5.9% from $561,000 compared to last year. 

  • 1,965 homes sold in February, down 3% from 2,023 in February of 2023 and 3% higher than the 1,855 sales last month.

  • Versus last year, the total number of properties available this month is lower by 20 units or 6%. This year's smaller inventory means that buyers who waited to buy may have a smaller selection to choose from. The number of current inventory was up 1.5% compared to the previous month.

  • The sold price vs the original list price was 98%, up 1% from last month and up 3.2% from February last year
