2 large eggs

Here's how you do it:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease two ramekins.
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in melted chocolate mixture.
Sift in flour and salt, then fold until just combined. Add a splash of vanilla extract if desired.
