The Average Sold Price
The Average sold price was trending up in October 2024 at $613,000 up over 2% from October of 2023 and down 0.5% from last month.
Property Sales
May property sales were 2,751 units up almost 13% from October 2023 and over 7% from September.
Inventory
The total number of properties available this month was higher by 2000 units or almost 39%. This year's bigger inventory means that buyers who waited to buy may have a bigger selection to choose from.
