The Average sold price was trending up in November 2024 at $610,000 up over 4% from November of 2023 and down 0.2% from last month.

Property Sales

November property sales were 2,300 units up almost 15% from November 2023 and over 20% lower from September 2023.

Inventory

The total number of properties available this month increased by almost 39%. This year's bigger inventory means that buyers who waited to buy may have a bigger selection to choose from.
